Spectacular view over lake, extremely spacious rooms, very good staff. Bed was extremely comfy and there were television with satellite channels, central heating and a microwave in the room. The neighborhood was central. We enjoyed our stay here, everything was amazing.

Reasonably large room, special view, very polite staff. The bathroom was nice here. It had a toaster and cutlery for cooking. The food was fresh and fresh!

The staff here was always competent, and I really enjoyed being close to a train station. Well-equipped, brand-new rooms and perfect views. A toaster and cutlery etc were provided.

All in all it was a wonderful stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay because of the location and rooms. Located in the excellent area of Lucerne. Got ironing for nothing. Had exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite TV, central heating and a microwave for our needs😃
